It’s Eleven storied 240,000 Sqft RCC building, with Column beam structure.
It has two basement floor, the site was water logged area and the floor was used for radiation therapy and design was conforming to BABA Atomic Research center Specification. Thickness of walls and slabs was around 1.50 meters to 2.50 meters to avoid radiation spillage.
It has two basement floor and also the site was water logged area hence boundary walls designed as water retaining wall.
